The Swift was an early 19th century Virginia pilot boat.Their technical features led the great naval powers of the time to enlarge them creating the famous Baltimore Clippers class.

The kit includes laser cut frames for keel & bulkheads, and exotic wood strip for hull planking. Also included is the wooden deck planking, masts and spars, metal and wooden fittings, and cloth for the sails. The instruction booklet is very detailed, taking you through every step of construction.
